What’s been happening:

David has been on an exciting journey after graduating from Penn State in 2003 with a BS in Information Sciences & Technology. After working for IBM for three years as an IT Consultant and two years in their Sales & Distribution division selling system x servers to large enterprise clients, David was faced with a layoff in January 2009 due to the poor economy along with 2,000 of his other colleagues. David then started Spyder-Rentals.com in California where he now rents these unique looking vehicles to adrenaline junkies visiting California on vacation (you don't need a motorcycle license in CA), movie production companies, as well as a few famous celebrities. The plan is to franchise the idea as well as find angel investor/venture capital funding to grow the business (hopefully a Penn Stater can help!). Can Am Spyder tours as well as vacation packages are also in the works. David credits his education at Penn State for allowing him to succeed after college and in giving him the business and entrepreneurial skills that helped him in life. Aside from work, David has met a lovely woman, Cindy Yeh, while living in California. They have been living together for over a year. Cindy also went to school in Pennsylvania (Drexel University) and their families are ten minutes from each other in New Jersey. It was pure luck and fate that they both met on the other side of the US!
